My Body My Asset Cancer Foundation (MBMACF) started creating awareness about breast and cervical cancer four years ago but was registered with CAC on 10th July 2020.
MBMACF is a grassroot foundation. It centers on awareness and infection education, offers free screening to its community and environs. It reaches out to women with a zest of promoting general women's health. MBMACF reaches out via Social media, face to face, telephone conversation and counselling. MBMACF has been able to carry out trainings to be able to best handle counseling and infection education.
The founder Mrs. Franca Eze is a cervical cancer survivor and her strength is in creating awareness, a task which she is so passionate about and carries out judiciously.
Our project with Actionaid Nigeria through Women's Right and Health Project WRAHP started in June 2020. Our first quarter task, was awareness, screening and counselling which was carried out in two centres Akowonjo and Surulere. Total number of 270 women and adult girls were reached who attended our health talk and seminar, but only 198 were screened. 22 of them tested positive, a WhatsApp group was created for online counselling, everyone of them were encouraged to go for a CONFIRMATORY test.

In September 2020, We carry out a project for ActionAid Nigeria through Women Right and Health Project. We reached over 600 women at both Surulere and Akowonjo centres (in Lagos) who came for cervical screening.
